BBC Good Food Show Spring
Brand new for 2014 the ultimate day out for food lovers is heading for the beautiful Yorkshire town of Harrogate. The BBC Good Food Show Spring brings an incredible range of independent, artisan food and drink producers, well known brands, and the opportunity to see celebrity chefs and food experts, including James Martin (below), Mary Berry, John Torode and the Hairy Bikers cooking live on stage in the Supertheatre.
The Producers' Village will be a speciality food market at the heart of the show, packed with small artisan producers who pride themselves on the quality and provenance of their produce. Visitors can try before they buy with some of the freshest seasonal foods that you cannot find on the high street. Packed full of small independents visitors can talk directly to producers to get tips and advice on how to get the best out of their food and drink. There will be a Deliciously Yorkshire section of the village, where you will be able to find producers local to the area. Amazing new Yorkshire companies will be showcasing their products. Exhibitors include, Swillington Organic Farm, Masons Yorkshire Gin and Chapman's Fish Cakes.
If you have caught the baking fever then don't miss the BBC Good Food Bakes and Cakes Village, where there will be all things for bakes and cakes - an array of gifts, home-ware, and new kit and accessories to inspire you to bake like the experts. Visitors an also pick up advice from to baking and cake enthusiasts and specialists.
